Lee and Elaine are a husband and wife team who started investing in HMO's in 2008 where we had grown our portfolio of HMO investments to a point where we both could leave our corporate careers in Finance and Design and continue to develop award winning HMOs in the Capital.
As HMO landlords and investors ourselves, we intimately understand the frustrations of entrusting our properties to management agencies that simply don't measure up. We've encountered the industry's shortcomings firsthand – agents providing lackluster service, neglecting regulatory obligations, and disregarding tenant welfare. Maintenance costs skyrocketed, and our hard earned investments suffered. After enduring this cycle with multiple agencies, we decided enough was enough.
Driven by our own experiences, we founded ELM Property Estates, a management agency that specialises in HMO Optimisation and Management. Our mission? To redefine property management standards. We handpicked a team of seasoned professionals, each equipped with the expertise and qualifications necessary to navigate the intricate landscape of HMO regulations and compliance.
Originally conceived to oversee our personal portfolio, our agency's reputation for excellence quickly spread. He brings years of experience and a commitment to excellence to ensure your properties thrive, maximising returns and enjoy peace of mind.

Elaine Zhang
Operations Director
Elaine is our visionary leader who orchestrates seamless business operations. With a background in design, she brings a unique perspective to our transformation projects, showcasing her exceptional eye for color and space. Balancing strategic oversight with hands-on involvement, she ensures every aspect of our operations runs like clockwork. Her passion for design adds flair to our projects, creating spaces that inspire our tenants and delight our Landlords.

Judith Healy
Property Manager
Judith oversees our portfolio of properties bringing care, attention and high standards to our clients' properties and tenants. Her firm but fair approach ensures all our tenants have a great experience with us but also ensures they are in sync with our expectations as good tenants. She is a stickler for compliance and correct procedure and loves to work with landlords who need to get things back on track.

Emily is our systems and processes expert. She is constantly working on our processes to ensure our operations are as efficient as possible, so we are working smarter not just harder. With a long career in lettings before joining the team at ELM, Emily had worked her way up to head of residential property management for a national agency, responsible for compliance, implementing systems, improving processes and increasing revenue.
