About Us

Lee and Elaine are a husband and wife team who started investing in HMO's in 2008 where we had grown our portfolio of HMO investments to a point where we both could leave our corporate careers in Finance and Design and continue to develop award winning HMOs in the Capital.

As HMO landlords and investors ourselves, we intimately understand the frustrations of entrusting our properties to management agencies that simply don't measure up. We've encountered the industry's shortcomings firsthand – agents providing lackluster service, neglecting regulatory obligations, and disregarding tenant welfare. Maintenance costs skyrocketed, and our hard earned investments suffered. After enduring this cycle with multiple agencies, we decided enough was enough.

Driven by our own experiences, we founded ELM Property Estates, a management agency that specialises in HMO Optimisation and Management. Our mission? To redefine property management standards. We handpicked a team of seasoned professionals, each equipped with the expertise and qualifications necessary to navigate the intricate landscape of HMO regulations and compliance.

An Accredited London Landlord and an Award Winning HMO Developer himself, he knows what it takes to get the most from your HMO investments.  He brings years of experience and a commitment to excellence to ensure your properties thrive, maximising returns and enjoy peace of mind.

Emily is our systems and processes expert. She is constantly working on our processes to ensure our operations are as efficient as possible, so we are working smarter not just harder. With a long career in lettings before joining the team at ELM, Emily had worked her way up to head of residential property management for a national agency, responsible for compliance, implementing systems, improving processes and increasing revenue.
