Lee and Elaine are a husband and wife team who started investing in HMO's in 2008 where we had grown our portfolio of HMO investments to a point where we both could leave our corporate careers in Finance and Design and continue to develop award winning HMOs in the Capital.

As HMO landlords and investors ourselves, we intimately understand the frustrations of entrusting our properties to management agencies that simply don't measure up. We've encountered the industry's shortcomings firsthand – agents providing lackluster service, neglecting regulatory obligations, and disregarding tenant welfare. Maintenance costs skyrocketed, and our hard earned investments suffered. After enduring this cycle with multiple agencies, we decided enough was enough.

Driven by our own experiences, we founded ELM Property Estates, a management agency that specialises in HMO Optimisation and Management. Our mission? To redefine property management standards.
